Biblical Stewardship

Mitzvah Ministries, Inc., takes very seriously our role as Christians as stewards of the resources God has given us.  Stewardship is "a way of living that involves one's daily activities, values and goals for life and the use of all possessions."  We fully embrace the principles of biblical stewardship:

     *Ownership - God owns everything;

     *Responsibility - we have a responsibility to God and to mankind;

     *Accountability - we will be called to account for the way we managed God's resources;

     *Reward - Our ultimate reward would be for God to say, "Well done thy good and faithful servant."

We also believe that we cannot calculate our earthly reward as lives are changed, people are fed and clothed, and needs are met.

HOW YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY IS IMPORTANT TO GOD!

We support organizations that operate by fair trade principles. Fair trade ensures that farmers and farm workers can provide a livelihood for their families, learn organic farming practices and adopt ways to empower their own communities.  Fair trade certified products are made with respect for people and our planet.  We support organizations and causes such as:  Disaster Relief; Annual Service Days, the Red Campaign; Heifer International; Greatergood.com; Habitat for Humanity; Meals on Wheels; Stella Artois Water Project; Do Something.org; 10,000 villages; Tom's Shoes; Bombas Socks; and the Body Shop.  This is by no means a complete list and we welcome suggestions!

Mitzvah Ministries, Inc. is also committed to donating a percentage of its budget annually to mission causes/projects.  Please donate by clicking the donate button below.

We are voting for our next mission cause/project.  You can vote too!  Send your ideas to:  mitzvahministries2017@gmail.com.
